1. Introduction

Not out of the trend of direct top-up, Paynet Vietnam provides partners and merchants with value-added services to help them top up their mobile phone accounts in both money and data directly at the store for customers. With the top-up service, partners can support customers to top up from leading carriers such as Viettel, Vinaphone, Mobifone, Gmobile, and Vietnammobile with many attractive monthly incentives.

2. Service manual  

a. Instructions to top up the phone's account

Step 1: Select “Top up your phone” 

Step 2: Enter PIN 

Step 3: Enter the phone number and select the denomination to top up. Continue clicking "Load now" 

Step 4: Display the payment screen including transaction information and transaction amount. Select “Confirm” to pay and complete the transaction. 

b. Instructions for loading data

Step 1: Select “Topup Data” 

Step 2: Enter PIN 

Step 3: Enter the phone number or choose from the contacts 

(This applies to phone numbers that keep the number and switched the provider by selecting the network operator, next to the Contacts icon)

Step 4: Select the appropriate data package and click “Loading now” 

Step 5: Display the payment screen including transaction information and transaction amount. Select “Confirm” to pay and complete the transaction.

(Note: With successful transactions, money will be deducted directly from the sales limit. For failed transactions, the money will be automatically refunded to the sales limit account.)
