2. Partners

Paynet Vietnam is a partner of domestic airlines such as Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet Air, Bamboo Airlines, Pacific Airlines, and Vietravel Airlines. There are also international airline partners such as Qatar, China, Japan, Thailand, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Germany, France, and Australia... 

3. Service Manual 

To book a flight, please access the "Paynet One" application and follow these steps:

Step 1: Select the icon "Buy flight tickets" 

Step 2: Enter PIN 

Step 3: Select flight information and click “Find a flight” 

- Flight mode "Round" / "One way" 

- Departure/Destination. For some locations with more than 1 airport, it is necessary to specify the exact destination airport. 

- Choose your flight date 

- Number of passengers 

Step 4: Choose your flight 

Step 5: Enter the requested customer information such as gender, full name, date of birth, and weight of luggage you want to buy more ... 

Step 6: Fill in the contact information to receive the ticket and click "Confirm" to pay 

Step 7: Check personal information, flight information, attached services… and “Confirm payment” 

Step 8: Check the booked ticket again by going back to the main screen, selecting the menu icon, and going to the “My tickets” section
